Search and View Settings

These settings apply to the Desktop application and the Web client. Some options can be different for each instance, as the appear on the screen:

Toggle each one of these functions to active or deactive a given functionality:

• Show records features
  This option enables the DRR to handle indexes and records.
• Show archive reference
  This option applies only to the Desktop application. When available, the archive reference identificator for each collection will be displayed and available to be searched.
• Show print option
  Enable or disable the print function. You may have it enabled for the desktop application, and disabled for the web client.
• Show bookmarks
  This enables the use and persistence of bookmarks in both, the desktop and the web client.
• Show download
  [Web client only] Enables the user to download the image currently selected.

When you save the changes, they will take immediate action in the desktop application. Web clients will have to refresh the page to receive any changes.
